COVID-19 Guidelines

for ordering school uniform

  • We always advise parents to shop early for their school uniform - in particular if your child is starting a new school as it always gets very busy in the shop towards the end of the summer holidays!

  • The order deadline to guarantee delivery in time for the new school year is Saturday 7th August 2021.

  • We are open at the following times: 10am-5pm Monday to Friday and 10am-4pm on Saturdays. Please note that we are closed on Sundays.

  • It may be necessary to limit the number of customers in the shop in order to allow for social distancing, if this is the case, please maintain social distancing whilst queuing outside the shop.

  • We’ve installed a screen and a hand sanitising station in the shop and all customers will be asked to clean their hands on entry.

  • Our changing rooms will be open so customers are able to try on uniform in the shop, alternatively we will be happy to exchange items that are the wrong size if you prefer to try them on at home.

  • We accept both cash and credit card payments.

  • Uniform can be ordered online or by phone with options to pay for home delivery, free click and collect from the shop or free delivery to the school if orders are placed before the end of term - visit

  • Size guides are available on our website to help you order the correct size uniform.

  • Leave the name-labelling until the end of the holidays as we will be happy to exchange unworn items of uniform for a different size (subject to availability) if your child has a growth spurt!

  • Please do not visit the shop if you or any members of your family have any symptoms of Covid-19.

  • Government guidance is changing all the time so please check our website and Facebook page for the most up to date information regarding opening times, restrictions, etc .
