You may choose to collect your order for FREE from our shop at 10 Killigrew Street, Falmouth - please select Click & Collect at the checkout. ORDERS MUST BE COLLECTED WITHIN 7 DAYS of receiving our notification. If they are not collected within this time, we will cancel your order and refund the cost back onto your method of payment.
Orders for school uniform may be collected from school for FREE but please note we only deliver to schools once a week so this may take 5-7 days - please select Delivery to School at the checkout and put your child's name & year group in the notes section.
Alternatively, orders are delivered by Royal Mail to all mainland United Kingdom addresses at a flat rate of £5.95, regardless of the number of items.
Whilst we cannot guarantee delivery times, we aim to dispatch all UK orders within 3-5 working days. Some items may be marked as available within a certain time-frame - this will mean that the item may need to be ordered from our suppliers before we can dispatch it to you. You will be notified when your order (in part or whole) is dispatched.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within fourteen days of delivery (starting the day after you receive your goods) and return goods for a replacement or refund of the purchase price. *PLEASE NOTE THAT ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN PERSONALISED WITH NAMES OR INITALS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE*
You are liable for the cost of returning the item and we suggest goods are sent second class and recorded. We also recommend that you obtain a proof of posting certificate. You may also return them to our shop at 10 Killigrew Street, Falmouth, TR11 3PG.
It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email (email@example.com). Please include the order number, item to be returned, reason for return and whether you would like a refund or a replacement. You have a duty to take care of the goods and all items must be returned unworn, unwashed and unsoiled with all labels, tags and original packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement if goods are not returned in a saleable condition.
If you are returning goods for a replacement, you will not be required to cover the cost of dispatching your new item. In the event of an item being faulty, you will be offered a refund or replacement.
