Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within fourteen days of delivery (starting the day after you receive your goods) and return goods for a replacement or refund of the purchase price.

 

You are liable for the cost of returning the item and we suggest goods are sent second class and recorded. We also recommend that you obtain a proof of posting certificate. You may also return them to our shop at 23 High Street, Falmouth.

It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email (enquiries@mcsportsfalmouth.co.uk). Please include the order number, item to be returned, reason for return and whether you would like a refund or a replacement. You have a duty to take care of the goods and all items must be returned unworn, unwashed and unsoiled with all labels, tags and original packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement if goods are not returned in a saleable condition.

 

If you are returning goods for a replacement, you will not be required to cover the cost of dispatching your new item. In the event of an item being faulty, you will be offered a refund or replacement.
